I wondered if the (postponed) fleet carriers might have ongoing maintenance costs, or require an NPC staffing level if the number of Cmdrs. in the ship is below a threshold.
I do like the idea of expanded QoL services. Services like being able to sign up at a station to have a ship (or two) automatically shipped to the CG system location each week.
