Oh the max. Distance from Start?
That's bugged from the day it was implemented ~5 years ago, just ignore it.
(I filed two Bug Reports on it and even a personal Support Ticket - but nothing got fixed....)

Yeah, that may hark back to Alpha/Beta and the test systems, and their position.
I got mine corrected by the support back when engineers were introduced, as I wanted to fulfill Ram Tah requirement the correct in game way, not being handled on a plate because of a buggy statistic.
