I'm hoping for a bird or reptile as well.Hoping for either the grey crowned crane or sulcata tortoise.
I Will not complain if ir is the blackbuck though

We will see. But it seems realistic.May I guess? The next anniversary animal's date will be first Thursday of November, right?
Yeah. I checked/referred when the update versions featuring the previous two Anniversary animals happened. We will see. But it seems realistic.
i would love rhea for anniversary, sounds nice for mixed species habitatsMy gut is currently saying Greater Rhea or Wild Boar, especially since we didn't get Temperate and I know Frontier is aware of the want for South American species, with the Rhea being pretty easy to make and not as popular as other picks.
Yeah. If I say this?: I doubt that requests weren't accepted.Too random to predict. I hope for a larger animal.
Masai giraffe's one of my hope along with African leopard (my most hope) and any Australian monitor lizard.Like I've said my #1 hope is the grey crowned crane, and in terms of potential habitat birds I'd also be very happy with a New World flamingo (I think a rhea would be saved for a future Latin America-based back). My other choice would be a sulcata tortoise--the most common large tortoise in captivity and one which should have been in the Arid Pack IMO.
Worst case scenario (other than not getting an anniversary animal at all) is a clone that doesn't do anything to fill a new niche, like the Masai giraffe or Grevy's zebra.
I like the idea of the freshwater crocodile it compliments the base game saltwater croc, it is like the only other major croc in Australia and wouldn't be directly competing with headliners of the dlcIt's hard to guess, but so far the animals seen as anniversary presents are fairly known and common zoo animals. Also so far we have an semi African animal(the lemur) and the red deer from Europe. So Perhaps they just visit country after country? Hard to tell, but here is my hopes;
Africa/Middle East:
-Any type of antelope could make it(Bontebok, Impala, Gerenuk, Arabian Oryx, Dikdik, Kudu, Eland)
-Hamadryas baboon
-African Leopard
-Spurred tortoise
-Nile crocodile
Australia:
-Perentie
-Freshwater crocodile
Asia/Indonesia:
-Gaur/Banteng/Lowland Anoa
-Javan Rhino
-Javan green peacock
-Blackbuck/Nilgai
-Sloth bear
-Pere davids deer(Doubtful, since we got a deer last year)
South America:
-Brazilian tapir/Mountain tapir
-Collared peccary
-Chilean/James/Andean/American flamingo
-American crocodile
-Spectacled bear
North America/Canada:
-American black bear
-White tailed deer(Doubtful, since we got a deer last year)
Europe:
-Wild boar
-European bison
-Roe deer(Doubtful, since we got a deer last year)
African leopard's my first hope and perentie's my second. Javan rhino's not my hope and can anyone guess why? It's hard to guess, but so far the animals seen as anniversary presents are fairly known and common zoo animals. I honestly think this will be it a clone of something like the giraffe something divisive in the community where people would get mad if it was included in a paid pack but people still want it think like the Masai giraffe, American black bear or Eurasian brown bear something that doesn't really fill a new niche.Like I've said my #1 hope is the grey crowned crane, and in terms of potential habitat birds I'd also be very happy with a New World flamingo (I think a rhea would be saved for a future Latin America-based back). I mean I could see the girrafe if they add a feeding animation thing alongside. Same reason why I thought a Sumatran orangutan was possible before the most recent update, cause it'd be a great time to add orangutan brachiation. The red deer was a lot more substantial than a reskin even if it used an existing rig, which is why something like a second giraffe or zebra would kind of be a step backwards.
Because it is not in zoos anymore?African leopard's my first hope and perentie's my second. Javan rhino's not my hope and can anyone guess why?
Well African leopards aren't really either considering most zoos just use any leopardcsubspeciea and title it the african one cause it's iconic.Because it is not in zoos anymore?![]()
Which one? If you're talking about Javan rhinos, then that's right! And I won't want to mix the species and subspecies that could survive and breed in captivity with the ones that couldn't in one/latest zoo game.Because it is not in zoos anymore?![]()
