There's a real possibility that at least one of the two regular live-streams that come with a DLC, be it the teaser stream or the launch stream might be cancelled due to the current situation at Frontier.
Don't get too excited.
I think the Himalayan Brown Bear needs it.
Instant best DLC ever for me.
But I see it as very unlikely... The potato bears are a lost cause, I'm afraid.
Hope we get both the wisent and muskox AND a bison resize. My dream outcome!
I also hope that this winter we get a Reindeer update. More colour morphs are needed, including piebald deer and different more common colour variations. At the moment, we only have the basic colour morph, a ‘pale’ colour which is for some reason impossible to find ever, and a leucistic which looks less than realistic. We need a fix to the reindeer to make our herds look more varied. This is what our deer could and SHOULD look like:
I hope we get an alpine or tundra animal pack.
Alpine: The Himalayas desperately need hoofstock representation! Pallas' Cat would be a nice complement to the sand cat. Depending on just how strict Frontier is with the idea of Alpine we could get a baboon or geleda (the latter unfortunately isn't a true baboon, but he would add representation to the Ethiopian highlands!).
Tundra: There are so many cool animals left for the tundra such as the wolverine and maybe it could add some kind of hare...
I could also see there being a safari pack...
Whatever it is, I hope the free update adds colormorphs to a canid! Just because we have not gotten any new content for canids at all this year...
Alpine could add a greyish Dall Sheep, maybe new Dingo colormorphs.
Tundra would be cool if the update added a white timber wolf. Wolf colormorphs are the most needed but there not the ones I'm most excited about for some reason... Probably because wolves are so well represented already.

Please fix the horn of reindeer at the same time
Something i havent seen talked about is the fact that the spec bear is among the animals that would really benefit from multiple patterns as as far as i known each bear has atleast a somewhat unique pattern, so having atleast 2 or 3 would be appreciated.

I feel like an announcement could be happening soon! what could it be? Mountains? Tundra? Rainforest? Coastal? It could be anything!

From animals in-game:
- The gray wolf - yes, we did get the black variant, but gray wolves have also been known to be white. Having this in-game would be quite nice because then we'd have a white variant that lives in forests instead of pretending the Arctic wolf is a white northwest wolf (look, I think y'all understand what I'm trying to say even if the words don't make sense)
- African wild dog - there's a reason they're called painted dogs. They should have some more variety in their looks
- Dingo - I've heard that they have some other colors, like chocolate and black, so they'd benefit from this as well
I would buy this pack. Two new amphibians, one being a habitat animal, a habitat invertebrate, a bird, and a reptile.
The kind of animal diversity I have been waiting for in packs. Unfortunately my likes are niche and wouldn’t sell super well.
I like the idea of the Dall Sheep variants if we get a Markhor. That and the Bear would be my most wanted.
Says who, though? I've noticed that the oddballs seem to be the real stars of the packs in many cases, more popular than the actual stars. So, maybe your niche choices are, in fact, super popular
If we get the bear, I am really, really hoping for the base game bears, specifically the brown bears, to be redone. Is it likely? Not really. But can it be done? Yes
My most wanted are: wild dog, dingo and stone sheep.
