We have a few people and I will be adding content beyond structure here shortly. I think the permissions are largely fixed at this point. Goal is start at first coordinating research and logistics. I think it is going to important that in TDW Oresrians look like Thargoids. We also have GCS Saravasti more or less confirming whatever was in first game wasn't necessarily actually Thargoid. We also need to figure out how they communicate. I strongly suspect something is about to happen that may necessitate changes post-Titans. Also, the more I read on Constructs in-game, the more I am concerned those are still very real but hidden. Exciting times ahead.

Xeno-linguistics has been added as a proper section. Added some bases that may lead us down the path to more interesting missions etc. There are also Odyssey settlements that seem to have a deeper interest in research and these offer missions.
I was sick for past week. I plan on updating announcements for Temple Region trip (to investigate ruins in good shape).

I'm out that way right now. I'm happy to provide a carrier for the trip (currently parked up at Eravarenth), id just need someone to transfer my Tritium from my market to the fuel tanks.
I have a carrier, the [A.O.E.] Dharmachakra. The biggest question immediately is how long is it going to take in NLTT 46621? I am assisting The Link in procurement of Nusslein-Volhard Terminal, a tourism orbis in their system. They are suspected of having some extremely interesting long-distance missions (we're talking to Colonia region). I will start putting together a waypoints listing and will post on this thread. We are almost at the point of triggering an election.
Planning has begun on Guardian expedition to Temple. More formal announcement coming once I am closer to being ready (depending on time to unload/load carrier). Preliminary route is as follows:

Departure for Temple region will be Saturday, June 8, 3310 at 1:00 UTC from Anlave. This is to accommodate any CMDRs who participate in PowerPlay and give time to dock with [A.O.E.] Dharmachakra. I will be moving the carrier into position in Anlave tonight. If anyone else wants to bring a carrier, just let others know.
Carrier owners: Anlave is a Fleet Carrier administration system.
There will likely be 3-4 days spent at each waypoint for local scientific research (depending on how interesting the nearby systems are in the area). Announcements on duration of stay at the destination is subject to what is located out there and how big the Guardian region is in that area.

Shipyard setup with exploration vessel in case anyone loses a ship.
Preparations continues for departure this Friday evening/Saturday morning (game-time) for Temple region . Carrier loadout has been finalized for [A.O.E.] Dharmachakra. We have a shipyard (with exploration vessels), Universal Cartographics, Vista Genomics, and full refuel/repair/restock options. It goes without saying please bring a fuel scoop especially if you plan to use the several days to explore nearby. We will have supplies to do deep space rescues if needed. Just give a holler if you need anything. Dates are flexible and we don't want to leave anyone.
Announcements will be broadcast at each stop regarding anticipated departure date and if stays in a region are being extended due to potential for interesting discoveries. The first 2,000 LY out from Bubble often has crashed ships and standing buy orders will be put up for rescue operations.
Additionally, there are a bunch of crashed Vipers with encrypted data cores west of the Bubble. If you can figure out how to get those decrypted, I would be very interested in who the heck sent those ships.

Will have to check the route we took as squadron for an earlier trip to that area. I am kind of hoping we are going to pass through it during the first 4 carrier jumps. I will try to get a rough map with suspected zone made today.
