Yup At least the engine configuration reminded me a bit of the DBX. Maybe slightly pimped...
More possible than a DBXXL, imo, as that would be another Lakon, and we already have a new Lakon. Saud Kruger or Zorgon Peterson should be next, and ZGP fits for Panther. If so, it'll be the most anticipated and longest time coming ships in the whole game. We've had concept art for the thing since 2014 or even earlier.

First thing I thought was Cutter MkII or at least a big Gutamaya build. I’m not sure we need a MkII Cutter unless it’s very different from its sister, then again the Python I & II are very different.
Hanger/pad 7 is a medium pad so a lot of people will get salty if the Panther Clipper is a medium.
A medium pad Gutamaya would be quite popular.
What sort of suit is the one cutting holes in the ships exhaust wearing? That would give a better scale.
Actually I think this is a medium ship. It could be the Puma Clipper
