Yes, I reckon I've seen at least two other users report this. Probably just one of the many teething problems we can expect with a brand new feature.
Was it a large discrepancy in your case?
Not too bad, some items didn't change, while others were usually less than 10 units +/-. Just enough to make you want to kick yourself when you had to return to the stations to pick up the units you were short, and to scratch your head when you made it back to the FC after dropping off materials and there were still some in your cargo hold. I don't know, but my guess is that they were just tweaking the values. Beta be Beta-ing, so no big deal in the whole scheme of things, but thought I'd mention it.
 
Has anyone built a successful refinery facility that you can dock at that isn't a t3 Planetary port? The refinery under hubs is the horizon settlement even though in the Nav Panel it states it has appropriate landing pads and activity is trade
 
So, question that may have been answered earlier in the thread but I either didn't read or forgot I read it...

Do you only get a construction point for a completed facility after the weekly tick (or for subsequent construction after the primary/first one)? I'm certainly not seeing one yet after finishing the primary starport which was an outpost.

We've had a report that the cost in commodities is higher for some people than for others for the same type of facility. Could be to do with Pilot's Federation ranking, perhaps Trade PF ranking. Has anyone else seen this?
 
Does anyone know if there is a way to delete a construction site after its been placed? I found a better spot for the surface port on the same planet. Primary port is complete and surface construction site I'd like to delete is at 0% complete.

Quantities for me (two outposts) have varied, but only by a few tons. Someone on a stream speculated that because it's a Beta, FDev have been tinkering with the quantities required. The test would be if two different players pick the same facility type at the same time, and get different commodities-needed costs (or not).
 
Has anyone worked out what purpose is served by System Colonisation Ships in already-inhabited systems? I docked at one out of curiosity, and that's all I could do there. They don't even provide R/R/R.
 
Once you have delivered everything, the station should appear nearby. You should be able to dock and walk around, although all the services will not be available until the following 'Thursday tick'.

Most services will be offline, but not all. I know that Apex shuttles, Colonisation contact, and Commodity markets can be available before the tick.
