I'd just ignore him, whatever you say he will try and justify it
-
In game he started by saying they weren't exploiters despite him being "mostly harmless" in an anaconda and attacking players while being in a wing with the biggest known exploiter in Elite that already got a ban
-
Then he admitted his friend used to exploit but doesn't any more
-
Then he said that exploiting and hacking isn't cheating because it's part of the game code and anyone should use it to their advantage to win (and even told my friend how they got their credits, by doing something with illegal cargo and scanning but I don't know how that works exactly)
-
And they were flying around in 2 anacondas screaming on chat "why won't anyone fight us?!!!?!?!?"
Its because his friend is a known cheater
-
So me in my FDL and my friend in a vulture took up the challenge and gave a good fight almost bringing down the shields on one anaconda multiple times and they said we were in crappy
ships and were crappy pilots when they started leaving the fight first
-
Thats when they started ramming at the station because no one else would fight them
-
And they wonder why no one will fight them because they are becoming so well known that people just avoid them, all they are doing is digging a deeper hole for themselves and ramming is the only way they can get kills
Its worse than anything. Now you cant even collide with people by accident, you get an instant wanted tag and will die because the station needs max 10sec to kill anything in this game. And this is stupid.
Make the no fire zone, the no bumping zone as well?
If simeone is ramming my car by parking - he will receive a bill from my advocate and this will include all costs i have + compensation.
Please FD, make it this way ! Ramming will be allowed and all participants will be happy !
Such a rammer must habe a big wallet though...
As we can see, ramming is not a new problem. But since Micah does not specifically answer these rhetorical questions, it may not be entirely clear to the casual observer whether ramming is a good thing or a bad thing in the eyes of the Lord.Does the LORD take delight in thousands of rams, In ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I present my firstborn for my rebellious acts, The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? -- Micah 6:7
I know I hit 3 people yesterday and it wasn't on purpose
to a human observer it would be obvious if someone's playing silly person inside a station by intentional ramming or whatever,
I never said that hacking was ok; I only said that we didn't hack. Also, you are hilarious. You and your friend jumped out 3 times each to refresh your shields while we stayed in the instance. You ALMOST got my shields down before you jumped out the first time because I had 4 pips to engines and 2 into weapons; none into shields. After I realized that you guys couldn't get a bar and we left because you two were boring. I never said you were crappy pilots. I don't say rude things to people in game unless they start with the rude comments. I did say that neither of you have a good understanding of the game mechanics after you both accuse us of hacking/cheating/etc without anything other than hearsay. This is true, clearly, because you're still going on about this nonsense.
His plan after the crime fix is to wait in the station entrance in a stealth sidewinder. A unsuspecting ship enters above the 100 speed limit, collides, and is killed by the station.
Funny the other thread disappeared. Lets see how long this one lasts... Hate to see this stuff "covered up"
From George Lucas local chat yesterday evening:
[CMDR S]: i play this from the start beta
[CMDR S]: they cant ban me and thats how it is
[CMDR S]: rammed over 55 players today 49 died*
[CMDR S]: i am a pro rammer
[CMDR S]: i killed 4 clippers today also 1 ram instant kill them
* and several more later. And he's there again today.

I hope FD aren't stupid enough to give a station ban or death penalty (rather than a fine) for a single offence.
Yes. The mark of a rammer is repeated collisions. The game should detect that for the severe punishments.
I wish I'd made a note of the speed I was travelling, as I'd like to know whether I'd be guilty under the new rule system. I think I need to practise going in and out at the new 'speed limit'.
keeping it up for so long should demand some respect.
We need a fast way to get our opponents out of the way
