The price is still distance based afaik.
At 49 Arietis as I was aware of this: 225.000Cr there and 330.000Cr galactic avarage.
But within the half hour it falls back to the former 150.000/200.000Cr. (with the usual "150.00" cr indication error also to seen again in 1.5 Beta ...:S)
No clue. Maybe a bug ... or very fast markets

What if we can pinpoint the source of the buyer by sampling the sale price accross different systems? There was a time when we had analyzed sale prices to try to pinpoint a source, perhaps the devs have now added the feature? Much in the same way that some genius in the first thread asked if the UA pointed like a compass, which it then did in 1.4

It is true, I am paying a huge amount for UAs. My entire bank balance at the moment actually. Yes, that's 4 cents, 2 buttons and something that I think once was a pistachio nut. Or not. Roll the dice, live dangerously.
I am very curious to see where any UAs will be found. If they are radiating out from Merope as their origin, then will we see a larger 'shell' in 1.5? Will the 1.5 prices give any hint of where they're found - if there is any distance<->price correlation.
that's right give it your all cmdrs, each tier unlocks a new service at the station!

Brought my old Atari ST and TI99 4A to Neville H. - They looked at me funny but took them anyway .. will do a bit more tomorrow
I managed to get online yesterday, using my phone as an access point (went Solo to be 'safe').
Test performed: T6 with broken canopy and UA in hold. Let emergency oxygen run out (I switched to E-Class life support to shorten the suffering).
Result: Eject, eject, boom and re-buy.
Only thing worth noting is that when life-support is turned off manually there are choking noises the final 30 sec of O2 supply.
In the test setup, this did not occur. Probably because the entire sound picture changes with the busted canopy.

Delta Pavonis [Hooper Relay] now 300K and 330K galactic avarage
Attention: this UA is a special one: not stolen. So not 1:1 comparable. Was also higher before.
So there must someone pay 350-360K (maybe 400K) somwhere!
For me it seems the GalNet news simple announce a bug fixing back to former price fluctuation at higher level.
With start 1.4 all blackmarkets have shown 150K and 220K galactic avarage. (99% a bug)
