According to both ETN, and ED:Shipyard your Anaconda should be able to make it from Bielonti to Timbarichs without refueling.
Here's an ED:Shipyard Anaconda build that matches your specs:

With the two systems entered into ED:Shipyard's route dialog, here's the route it finds, along with the % remaining fuel after each stop:
System LY Fuel
0. Bielonti 100%
1. LHS 2541 16.89 91%
2. Dagaz 12.49 87%
3. Eta Corvi 14.08 81%
4. Clotho 13.15 76%
5. LHS 346 13.73 71%
6. Masszony 17.42 62%
7. Crucis Sector JC-V B2-3 17.12 53%
8. LHS 3378 17.61 43%
9. Llyr 16.00 36%
10. Tatapai 16.80 28%
11. Shui Wei Sector MI-S B4-1 15.39 21%
12. Timbarichs 15.02 15%
185.70 67.7T
93.2% 3.4k
With a full load of cargo, this should require 67.7 tons of fuel out of 80 tons available.
Interestingly, ETN picks a slightly different route. It also takes 12 jumps but only uses 66.5 tons of fuel.
What mode did you have the game navigation set to, fastest or most economical? If you pick fastest it may run you out of fuel. If you pick most economical you should definitely make it, but it might take more than 12 jumps. Neither is ideal. You really want the route that is fastest but economical enough that you can actually make it. This is what ETN calculates. If you hit the spacebar from ETN you can see the route it picks.
Generally trade routes only involve a few jumps and it is rare that you were run out of fuel. This long trip is an exception because you are traveling long distance.
Apparently trading in empire space is more profitable. Your search results suggest that you are better off going straight to empire space and spending your time trading there rather than extending the journey by breaking it up into multiple parts. The algorithm doesn't care whether each step takes you closer to your destination, because that might not provide maximum profit/hour.
