Yeah, this topic is insane. Almost impossible to keep-up, but it never hurts to have someone go over the riddle again. :)

Just to say, JC-U B3-2 1 isn't tidal locked to its star but to its twin planet

Just found a "cutten" Barnacle POI, it was almost sunset on the planet, I have seen some blue smoke leaving the piramid, also lights flutuating... i've recorded and uploading

anxious to see that. I wonder if they open up around sunset or sunrise, and if you can see them perhaps launch a UA unto space?

Barnacles are mining installations (the barnacle grows spikes around it with pods containing refined elements)

UAs are vessels from the mining installations to wherever the minerals must be delivered (stored in those cylindrical pods along the spine and the meta alloys is contained in the bulb)

Alternate:

UAs pods contain the seeds for the Barnacles and their bulb shoots them. Could explain why we'd find it in Merope. But the distance creates such a margin of error that some barnacles end up in other systems in the nebula.

In this case, we'd find other UA shells around other nebulae with barnacles in them.

I posted screenshots of it but it seems nobody saw it... And there also is a green smoke leaving the shards, did you see it ?

Thanks. I'm not sure if the POIs spawn rate is delayed for me. I'm skirting about 200-400m above the surface on Merope 5c. Sometimes, as a test, I'll focus on a blue POI and run over that circle. Nothing shows up. I'll hover up to about 800m and a few minutes later, it appears.

So, if I'm traveling through these canyons at a low height, if there's one in front of me, it should appear, right? Or, does it have a spawn timer when I get into it's spawn perimeter?

There is no blue POI with these

Soooo... yesterday night servers kicked us out... suddenly today barnacles raising everywhere? hummmm......
