I was using eddy.io website, Stations section...
then searching with the following:
Powers = "Edmund Mahon"
Power Effects = "Control"
...you can also specify which Cargo Racks or Hull Reinforcement modules you want, to narrow down the search...it is not 100% accurate but I have had a 90% accuracy with that website /search function so far

Which ship do you have? For small ships it does not make sense, but still you can save some Credits.
Best is to go into Li Yong-Rui space where you get 15% discount on ships and modules.

Basically it's always recommended. Not only you do save some credits, but you also lower insurance/rebuy and repair cost.
Don't forget to sell all modules or exchange them with the cheapest you can buy before you sell the ship.
There ist a 10% loss to the ships hull and all modules. The modules on the other hand can be sold without a loss.
Should you sell/exchange the modules at the station where you want to rebuy them for a discount, you'll have to wait ~10 minutes before the modules "respawn". Else I'll just be able to rebuy the sold modules.

Thanks for the answer. Well then I'll head there tonight. I've got the ASP and trading my way up to Type-7 -> Python. Should be able to upgrade in a couple of days.

Just been there the discount price is 203,745,215cr so not 10%
But CF 464, bartini enterprise has it for 183,370,369cr

Well thanks to your promoting of Ray Gateway, I just bought and outfitted my very first Python at 15% discount! They have everything I needed, except A6 thrusters and shields (have B6 for both atm, until I find A6). Thanks for the tip and have some rep!

Thanks for keeping this alive this pasts month, I've been off the internet due to moving house and BT messing me around a bit.
Back online now and have updated the OP, should be up to date now. I've also thrown a fair bit of rep around
Good to hear Patreus discount is back online as well as the Mahon one working for both cargo and hull, afaik that means only the Hudson weapon discount is broken.

Yes, although you might want to wait because it looks like there may be a very big discount due to a CG soon…
