The end of the article - even you really ought to be able to understand that.
The article might be over (it's not) but Star Citizen game development is not.
I personally don't understand how SC backers can so easily reject those articles, because what I read there - and combine with SQ42 mocap/delay news - CIG should have burned trough *majority* of their cash now. I would say they have gone trough 80M for sure. That leaves about 40 - 50M for CIG to a) finish SQ42 and hope it doesn't flop b) hope money they will aquire during this period will carry them over till soft release.
Things doesn't look good. Without publisher or any big money bag party will be over - and soon.
You can drop that "CIG is near bankruptcy" non-sense. [squeeeee] Chris Roberts only has to snap is fingers and he get's whatever funding he needs, being it from an investor or the backers. There was never an issue with money because they base their spendings by analysing their prior earnings. Besides every year is better than the later and they kept adding/increasing studios and adding more and more staff, money issues make no sense, never did besides some disillusioned doomsday preacher theory's.
