Looks like a new base on HIP 12099 1A (also references Site 5 : HIP 17158 was Hogan's Depot)

I noticed this reported a couple of hours ago in the Dangerous forums, by a Mostly Harmless poster who somehow couldn't hear it properly...

...not that I'm suggesting anything...

I just found an unregistered comms beacon at HIP 8887 that seems to refer to a delivery from HIP 7158 (location of INRA Base Hogan Depot) arriving at HIP 12099 1A. The full message reads SECURE 914 18 1 HIP 7158 DELIVERY RECIEVED HIP 12099 1A SECURE. Here's a video of the message, it loops a few times.

The comms beacon is in orbit around HIP 8887 1A.

There is always local system defense force vessels near the INRA bases. It is one of the criterias that could help to find a base if no beacon lead to it.

I guess they have more memory than us. They don't have a so-called club to rewrite their history, so I think they don't need to search their sisters, they remember what happened to them

And.. i was thinking while listening to yesterdays fdev stream... the Thargons are controlled by a hive mind..
Are the Thargoids also part of a Hive mind? Where everyone knows and feels what everyone else feels? And the hive minds are the motherships?
There are so much we dont know about Thargoids...

Well.. thats true.
The programmer responsible for the thargons did however say specifically that they are controlled by a hive mind. So that is a confirmed source of information.
