Rookie numbers!

Once you figure out how to go 100 m/s, you realize you can basically keep accelerating forever (with enough repair synthesis materials, reasonable terrain, and luck).

And getting to ludicrous SRV speeds (100, 200, 300, or even higher) is absolutely something every CMDR should do at least once. :)

:D

Great video, don't think I've seen that one before!

At the advice of this thread, I made it to Hutton Orbital. :)

-Fly to Hutton Orbital.

Anything to add guys?

I personally see no reason to do it; do I get significant amounts of credits? No.

Is it entretaining? No.*

Is it challenging? No.

Does it teach you anything? No.

*This one is subjective but if we already have a joke about it then you must agree that most players think its boring.

I have Admiral and Duke, so not too far away.

Take the trip to Colonia.
Visit the Engineers.
Try one of every type of mission.
Try one of every possible career option. (Yes, including mining.)
Travel to Beagle Point.

Yeah, those are cool. I believe I've done all of those, mainly thanks to the engineers.
