Time to put 4 pips to roleplaying.
No, no. It is Zarek who provides the best 4 pip narrative. Z0.
I very much like the pip rating for roleplaying. Props to Replicant.

"Very adequate performance, should work on deliverance, 3 pips"
"It's a shambles, a transparent thin layer of roleplay veneer failing to hide the incompetence of the performance. No pips."
"4 pips, nuff said"

Can this become a thing? Please? :)

I will gladly explain all the reasons motivating the DW2 attacks once DW2 leadership is willing to hear them. Its asking too much of a high level political leader such as myself to divulge all my diplomatic talking points to random commanders in advance of the official, confidential peace talks, for knowledge is power.

That doesn't quite cut it. You're up against the whole setting of a game "world" - if you want to shape that world you need to deliver something that is believable.

Well it surely has generated a lot of interest and discussion.

I don't think that DW2 would have had the same effect without us.

Well, compare the DG2 thread with DWE2 threads and the difference will become clear, the main reason why people went was to explore, not to be the entretainment of salt miners.

Edit: Dammit, I can't spell "entertainment" right [mad]

If the DW2 leadership isn't interested in talking, and the reasons for the attack are never made public, that's fine. We'll just keep killing them by the thousands: that is how we will prevent the expedition from causing its horrendously adverse effects on the galaxy and its inhabitants. Peace talks or extermination of the threat: either solution is fine with me. And the DW2 leadership has wilfully chosen extermination.

Well, you can't always git what you want. But if you try sometime, you just might find... you just might find you git what you need.

Humanity is a plague. The Thargoids are the cure. Blessed be the Far God. May DW2Gank continue on its righteous path.

Are you implying that you will infiltrate PvE private groups to attack cmdrs? And how do you exterminate cmdrs in Elite dangerous? Role play aside, I can't wrap my head around what is going on: Cmdrs kill some of your guys, you kill a bunch of DW2 Cmdrs, both sides just respawn back at the last port... What is the point?

Do you remember a female Cmdr that flew a Corvette out to SagA* and claimed sovereignty? Threatened to kill anyone that entered the system, unfortunately that kind of role play just doesn't work in ED.

And for those for whom friendly exploration was the only acceptable outcome, Frontier provided plenty of options.

Violence is the only language that Pilots Federation commanders truly understand. Thus, at its essence, Distant Ganks 2 is nothing but a conversation. And the point of conversation is mutual understanding. Therefore, the point of Distant Ganks 2 is likewise, mutual understanding. And mutual understanding is a good thing. Thus, Distant Ganks 2 is a good thing.

You're having a conversation to have a conversation about that conversation. That's twisting my melon man.

Hi Alice! Going down as well?

Ah man, I miss Bowie.. Why couldn't it have been Beiber..
Alas, poor David [sad]

I might have to listen to White Rabbit, in a bathtub, after dropping some microdots. Then read all of Zareks posts in this thread... Nothing is making sense to my sober brain right now.

btw, we covered 'Hero' at a show a few weeks after he died, it got emotional man, such a legend.

Now it's time to show that the premise is right (which I very much doubt since they award 4 titles and only 2 are combat related).
