Possibly. Depends how you need to read it. It might not matter
I know the DW are looking for a celestrial body, but that doesn't mean it is one. They have never found it remember. This could explain why the DW missions went away. They may have been considered too misleading
Codex suggests Raxxla is something "real" and material. Old lore, founding lore, says it's a planet with people living there. E/F missions pointed to a celestial body. MB said it's in the MW (stars and planets)...

Sooo. If I understood you correctly your theory is to either start at Sol or TC and always pick the 6th System. I did that for Sol and TC.
To keep it short: TC sends you into a permacycle between LHS 2 and YC Ceti. If you start at Sol the route is Lalande 21185, WX Ursae Majoris, Duamta, G41-14, Gendalla and finally Ross 128. Nothing of interest.
BUT:
If you count the System you're in as 1, TC sends you to LHS 1047 where you find a Listening Post containing a message from Alaunus (2 Phenomena, Gen ship Lycaon). That's where I currently am.

Raxxla could be the name of the ship, or artifact? Don't know, till we find it.
Of course, this could all be totally wrong, but it's the 1st time for a while we have had a theory we can actually run with
Phenomenon....interesting, that could potentially fit with place that isnt a place?? I assume it's a lagrrange cloud, or whatever they are called

IF we keep the E/F missions descriptions as canon for ED Raxxla, then we are looking for a celestial body which is a place that is not a place, as well as a door that is also the key.

You could argue that all stars in milky way spiral around Sag A. Sag a is also sometimes described as the mother of the galaxy. It is on my hit list to pop up there (NOT in my Beluga!) and see if anything can be done with lensing effect, as has been tried previously with Maia, to try to find a jewl that burns bright on its brow
Brow, in English, German, Italian (?) and Portuguese localisations. Others are "top" and "crown".

In this context, I have always assumed brow means top/above, so have surmised that it would be above sag a. Possibly high above galactic plane
