Was at Qiefoea CL-Y g6, nothing out of the ordinary found.

I was wondering about that.
I'm assuming it's got one of the blue/white glows that O-type stars have on the GalMap which are visible from zoomed out way beyond where the star dots show up - is that something that is applied to every G-level system and it's just that mostly they're O-Type stars?

Qiefoea CL-Y g1 (O star) does not seem to glow, so I'd venture a no.

Changing subject slightly, I'm wondering why this thread with over 500 pages hasn't managed to make it to 'Sticky' status yet. I mean, we don't really NEED it, since we never get off the first page, but it's nice to have the status :D

Edit:
Just checked - over 1/3 of the total posts in the Lore subforum are in this one thread.

Mods?
When it's made sticky, that's when you know Raxxla definitely exists.

Plus, if we were ever able to find it, what would we actually DO that we can't already do in-game? I've never put thought into that part, lol.

I mean, when we manage to find anything in game, it seems like the rave just comes and goes in a moments time, and we move to another item...

It's well known that Raxxla, door and key, opens the way to "new universes " with all what that implies in matter of... etc.
Could be the access to a new uncharted galaxy (yum yum !) or to these locked distant sectors across the MW. (I never understood why FD need so many to work their development and tests... Wouldn't one or two suffice ? I bet they are full of (bugged) goodies waiting for us to gain access to them.)
Now, double dare you , FD ! Or just more fluff ?

Hm, my best bet was on "When you see it as a rumor for a Sector in a bugfixed Codex" after a major Update.

Well, whenever that's a thing, that is. Could take a while and maybe they're working on the V1.0 placeholder (= GALnet/Codex fluff they're now slowly backpaddling on) and implement it in the 2020 update?
(I kinda trust the leak on that, to be precise its last added sentence. It'd fit FDev just perfectly , especially in the light of "Oh, you guys invested time in searching for in-game content based on fluff narration? Sorry, after 4.5 years we just recently realized that this was a bad idea, apologies for all your time wasted chasing ghosts" )

Still a thread worth watching, some serious brainwork and some nicely crazy ideas visibly at work here :)

I cant open your file, is it microsoft word document or smething? Could you just save it as picture? Just in case, i have updated my previous post with star map for the year 3305. Also if you saw two bright objects near the right border or the map, these were Saturn and Venus.
It's originally an odg from libre office draw. I renamed it .doc.

Here are pics:

There doesn't appear to be a difference between 2019 and 3305 though. Not sure what that means.

I for my part like this quiet little corner of the forum, it is after all just a humble ship's log. On the other hand, considering all the awesome posts, posters and enjoyment through the last 4 years, sticking this thread would not be opposed by me.

Qiefoea CL-Y g0 apparently = BD-12 1805 in galnet.

It's always confusing if the line of -# less stars has a 0 value or starts at 1. -# less means no last numerical value. Just a letter then number at the end. XX-X X#-# with no -# at the end. (XX-X X#)

What are those sequences called? There is at least one in every sector in the game. It doesn't have all numbers in a sequence but it always has most of them. And they tend to have an abundance of pre exploration buff stars like metal rich and high metal and unusual star combinations. They are all usually worth good money too. Even if they are explored.

A lot of them are bright blue or other unusual stars also.

Not this one I assume? Do you have a link? BTW, this makes me wonder if the TDW faction is player base or not. Do we know if it's NPC of player based?

NVM, this one: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threa...hich-system-is-it.477422/page-10#post-7958511

Couldn't find the find content button. 8)

Out of curiosity, Drew, are you haxmurderer the OP from that thread?!

Don't get me wrong, I really hope this will be worth it in the end. Worse case, this thread has been more fun and exciting to read. Even the systems that I've personally look into that have been mentioned, least I get to see/experience some other neat things in the process.
