The Dark Wheel is Seeking help solving a particular mystery...
Greetings Commanders, You may have noticed us poking about. Making a few comments here or a few comments there. Maybe you saw one of our agents on the Buckyball Sag A* list. In either case, we come before you with a quandary that may hold the key to saving the universe as we know it from...forums.frontier.co.uk
Not this one I assume? Do you have a link? BTW, this makes me wonder if the TDW faction is player base or not. Do we know if it's NPC of player based?
NVM, this one: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threa...hich-system-is-it.477422/page-10#post-7958511
Couldn't find the find content button. 8)
Out of curiosity, Drew, are you haxmurderer the OP from that thread?!
Hey brother, hang around. Some people have crap attitudes but that's the case in every walk of life. This is what makes me lose interest in raxxla. Everyone is more interested in bashing someone's input to actually consider it's plausibility.
Interesting yeah. But I wouldn't discard TDW station being ridiculously close to Sol/Tau Ceti/ SD. For practical reasons.I've been having an interesting chat with @Ian Doncaster in the 'Dark Wheel Station' thread next door - it's worth checking out since it's related to the whole Raxxla thing.
I'm joining you. After thinking and searching for Raxxla for approximately 1,000 hours I don't have anything to show for it except an NPC named Raxxil.I think I'm gonna stop looking. If they actually did want us to find it they wouldn't be silent ASF about it entirely. There would be clues. If it is in game it's probably all glitched out and not supported by ps4 anyways. This is a sad day.
An NPC named Raxxil seems pretty badass to be fair.I'm joining you. After thinking and searching for Raxxla for approximately 1,000 hours I don't have anything to show for it except an NPC named Raxxil.
Good luck on your journey to everybody sticking with it! Reading every word in every post here was more joyous than finding it anyway. You're all awesome!
Seems that it appears when you are far enough from the main star in the system, doesn't it ? Lighting ?I did some search and found that Shoujeman have appeared on the skybox while i was doing my supercruise flight towards Virgo. There are few screenshots. On the first 3, there is no Shoujeman, there is empty black space. On the last one, it is hereSince then, it is always here. I am posting in Raxxla thread because i did that flight while searching Raxxla, because i was thinking it should be in Virgo constellation in the Sol system.
yes but now it is always visible from the Sol orbit. I have asked my friend to check and he also have it on the skyboxSeems that it appears when you are far enough from the main star in the system, no ?

And as it avoids detection... Just a convenient way to justify hat nobody is meant to find it unless invited to, as you very well stated.
But... why does FD tell us about all that 8th moon... blah blah ? They want us to play their game looking for red herrings?
As (almost) always...

My whole Gan Romero obsession yielded very little more than my NPC, Pilot Holloway. But she was worth it too.

Yes, the second link.
No, I'm just a penguin, not a murderer. Don't let the axe mislead you![]()
Homicidal, axe wielding ninja penguins!I bet that’s what all the ninja penguins say!
Qiefoea CL-Y g0 apparently = BD-12 1805 in galnet.
It's always confusing if the line of -# less stars has a 0 value or starts at 1. -# less means no last numerical value. Just a letter then number at the end. XX-X X#-# with no -# at the end. (XX-X X#)
What are those sequences called? There is at least one in every sector in the game. It doesn't have all numbers in a sequence but it always has most of them. And they tend to have an abundance of pre exploration buff stars like metal rich and high metal and unusual star combinations. They are all usually worth good money too. Even if they are explored.
A lot of them are bright blue or other unusual stars also.
I know. Not sure why he would attack a post with evidence and images.
I have had similar ideas, but I think that would make the codex entry too misleading, given the picture and all....I’ve been entertaining the thought that TDW station could be a hollowed out asteroid station floating in a sea of other asteroids in the ring of a planet. A star is technically a gas giant, just with a lot of fusion reactions going on, so it could be the 8th body orbiting a star..
Mmmmh... TDW station in a system with a red giant just like the Zurara on the RR line in a system with an ELW. Yeah, of course, gonna start searching right now. It's possible it's a Bubble system, but there can't be that many red giant stars with 8 mooned gas giants in the Bubble - which means it should be feasible to locate the system. I'll expect a screenshot that matches the Codex entry minus the station from you tomorrow![]()
