Notice September Update - Known Issues

Thanks for communicating with us, Will .......... could you please draw attention to the blue store icon which is universally (just about) hated !
Indeed - just say
143647
to the blue button!

Hm. Now the launcher starts up with an empty white screen and Login, Steam login and Play Demo buttons only?

EDIT: Ah, seems to be fixed now \o/

Yay, ARX store boots up! And seems to support Steam Wallet even! (y)

O7,
🙃

Hello there,

This is rolling out shortly, so those on PC should be able to access the store to purchase ARX in a matter of minutes.

I went to buy 2.99GBP of ARX, cancelled the payment but still got a "new order" email showing a grand total of 2.99. In fact I think I received the email even before I had cancelled the payment. Suggest you feed this back to the store team.

It's kinda interesting that they bothered to come up and actually put in all the fancy error codes for possible crashes... someone must have invested countless hours doing that instead of... well... testing maybe? ..other stuff.
But clearly it was time well spent and pays out big time now.
Well, maybe not for the players...

Hello @CMDR MAIN SEQUENCE,

We've notified the team to investigate this, but rest assured, no payment was taken! We hope to have this resolved soon. :)

I don't know - from all the posts on here people seem to be getting hours of fun out of them :)

now i can understand, too, that you think the whole world is due to you, that you are the only person in the world and that all should obey to your will.

I don't think you do understand, this company is in the UK and we are entitled to a working product 'free of minor defects' - this includes digital products, does ED qualify as 'free of minor defects' - It most certainly does not! - This is not my opinion, this is the law!

wait, you are serious when writing such a sentence ?
good lord
If you're happy spending money on faulty goods, thats your business, but not all of us think like you. You also imply advocating companies should not adhere to the law.
