Almost certainly. I'd say we might even hit 21k. Friday night we were at 16.5k max and then night after it increased to 19.1k. So I'd say add another 2.5k to the total and we get 21.5k players
I hope Frontier can release a statement about this!

Its been dying for 5+ years and counting. It is just a very slow death.
Another new concurrent player Steam record with 19,237 players. Still about 4 hours to go until 'Peak Elite' is reached for the week. Also currently the 42nd most played game on Steam.

I hope this persuades FDev that Elite Dangerous is worth investing in. If we get space legs/interiors I can see 50k concurrent being the new 8am!
The steam stats page is 2k short of the actual. But here is the nearest. Elite in the Top 40 on steam and doing well against some other well known titles.
