EDIT:
Before I wrote this, I was under the idea that tritium had become so rare that all FCs out in the black were not able to move! I went off half cocked, and stand corrected.
I am not in a situation where this is a concern for me right now, but this solution is laughable.
I am on the far side of the rift, with 17k t in my hold. Lets say I had nothing in my hold.
I would be stuck paying upkeep on a carrier I couldnt move. If I left it, I would need to come back one day to refuel. I only see 2 ways FD can really make this right for the time being.
1. Make jumps cost no tritium until this is patched.
2. eliminate the upkeep cost until this is patched.
I am fine ATM and I am not in a hurry. My plan after I burn my reserves is to only keep enough fuel for a few jumps, as it makes jumps more economical. Were I currently in a "hand to mouth" scenario, as I plan to be one day, this post would probably be much more hostile and contain some 4 letter words.
