I've just got out to Muscatand found I didnt bring my detailed surface scanner!!!!! Does anyone in 1 of the many fleet carriers have 1 in outfitting? If so, please post your FC name

Hey guys, long time lurker, first time poster. Must say I love this forum for the info, the early heads-ups and the discussion. Anyway, I've been to the crashed Sidey on HIP whatever, now on the way to Musca Dark Region PJ-P B6-1 . The "Stones" clearly disabled the megaship but they're not currently accessible (unless anyone manages to hatchbreak them out) so I reckon our best bet is to find the original site. That'll tell us whether it's Goids or "something else". Hence heading for the Geo site. Anyone got any better ideas?

Last M type system can be triangled then, HIP 69200 - Synuefe XE-Y c17-7 - XXX? A planetary abandoned outpost on the third landable metal body planet of a single M star, latitude to check is 11.86. Am I right?
The M type was the first one discovered in the Coalsack at the top of this thread.

I'm currently out in the black but watching with intrigue. And would like to weigh in my thoughts:
There are three paths of important
1) the original journey of the megaship
HIP 39748
HIP 33386
2) the detoured journey
Musca Dark Region PJ-P B6-1 3 (the stones)
HIP 69200 1B (crashed sidewinder)
3) the return journey
HIP 61595
HIP 64011
HIP 65201
If we plot these paths we should be able to find 2 points of interest for the mystery.
A) the point the ship turned back on auto pilot (point where 2) & 3) meet)
B) the intended target (point where 1) & 2) meet
However this depends on a couple of things, are all the systems under the right path of the journey & are the paths straight lines or best plotted routes?
Just my thoughts, hopefully someone closer will find these useful. Good luck commanders!

Damn, finally some interesting exploration mystery and I'm stuck 13klys out in the middle of nowhere and can't get back in time. Guess I'll just have to read up on events as you guys figure it out. Good luck all!
