Arriving at the Gnosis B for a cup of tea and some biscuits before the show kicks off

Rhubarb and Custard

The collision was so strong that it actually knocked out my hi-res screenshots

This is a bit painful. Took quite a while to get the star in the right position, with the planets moving, and try and line everything up before it all moves out of place. And then, it broke.
I really like it, but my brain likes things to be symmetrical...

Simply stunning.

Great shot! You can almost hear the sound.

(I guess you already know, but with a small decent shield, you can scrape your nose against the rock while it blows up. With four pips to system, it won't take a single ring of shield. The shield is also handy for braking by just ramming the rock. And of course you've put your collector limpets in the same firing group as the A-Blaster)

Where and when did that firework take place?
It was in the KOI 413 system. There's a pair of contact binary Gas Giants there. A team of Canonn Cmdrs worked out when the contacts would take place. The next one is in January. It's only about 4.5k from the bubble.

Well, you sure seemed to figure it out! That's a good shot - I love pics that make dramatic use of shadows and you sure did that. :) I like how the DBX's aft access door is lit up blue in the darkness.
It's a great first pic!
After two months today i finally figure out how to use the free camera but still have some trouble with the movement but i am going there :D. Thanks for the kind words fellow commander. o7

*edit: I just found why alt+F10 [high res screenshot] wasn't working for me...
