I don't see why it's such a big thing amongst the SC nay sayers...any other game and it wouldn't even be worth a mention. Kate makes good video content, no matter if it's SC, ED+O or anything else. Not one of you lot ever mentioned Kate when she was turning out her excellent ED+O content...now that she makes content for SC, it's a big deal

That's new. If we were talking crime, such actions would make Tyler Witkins an accomplice. Therefore no, I would not cut him any slack, because he is profiting from deception of clients.

Maybe I used the phrase “cut some slack” in a bad way… I used in the sense that I would not behave harshly/critically towards him… not in the sense that I would condone his actions if he is indeed lying about ToW (of if he lied about playing SQ42 back then). Lying to customers is unethical and in some cases illegal.
Again, he’s just an employee that does not make decisions, he’s probably under employment agreement and can’t disclosure/discuss internal stuff his not authorized to.
In fact pay attention to his wording, he used “still is” which is not equal to “will always be”
