And hey moaning about elite and Fdev I have learned from the best onesI mean the constantly moaning lead to this situation.

Is it posible they forgot the proper PC version altogether and some how selected the console version converted it to run on a PC, it realy seems so ridiculously absurdly, imposible, that it could be true.

Can I ask (Not being smart by the way I just want to know exactly) what the topic is so people can stay on it? Being that this is a Dev communication thread I would like to stay on topic.

I would imagine this would regard all communication such as Dev updates, Content Releases, Road map plans, Bug fix's, chat streams, gameplay streams, Content reveals, Issue tracker communication, Playstation release confirmation, Storyline progression and more?
Unless we know what the communication topic is its hard to stay on it as such nearly everything Elite dangerous related is now on topic in here until the below key subjects are made more clear.

I would imagine this post is on topic as it relates to communication and the information available in the post. Can you explain what the participants that aren't on topic are? "Other participants are not the topic"

Forum users discussing the topic are not themselves the topic of the thread - posts discussing other participants in the thread are therefore off-topic.
Is discussing the console version off topic, as the topic/Arf hasn't mentioned consoles at all?

Well I would imagine since the OP is about Frontiers communication Console release of Elite would be on topic, Rolling back the pages I cant actually see to much off topic bar one or two reply's between people that where infact on topic to what was said and maybe two that did go off topic.
Id say just the 2-3 posts of obvious insult towards a user post was the need for the Moderators input however...they haven't been removed which still makes it vague

It does impact all version though, as it impacts FDev's development resource-budget, where CMs spend effort, shareholder expectations and returns etc etc. If consoles get dropped then everything gets poured into the PC version, and they get a few* disgruntled (ex)customers.
If they keep kicking the can down the road, they look like a politician trying to avoid stating what parties they went to...

Very true although a clear staple post to clear things up would also help rather than a one liner, Lay it all out then ad least everyone knows, this doesnt help on a post about communication at all to be fair...I know voluntary moderators and all that, I respect the stuff they do and put up with lol
