Hmm the rank up mission, is it only given by station controlling faction (empire faction of course, in my case) ??

Seems to be the Controlling Faction at any station once you've got to 100% Rep 100% Rank.

It will say something like Imperial Navy Jobbie with chain symbol.

I'm also thinking of buying a orca for some pax missions. I found pax missions are good to fix(raise) your faction reps quickly and sometime to 2 factions at a time.

I never quite understood what the iEagle was supposed to be for... is there any reason to use it instead of the iCourier?

Figured ok, trade CG is over, made a good amount of money, I can go back to my exploring for a bit. But first, took the scenic route back to Shinrarta...

And then I actually noticed the profit margins on the new CG...

So maybe I'll do a bit more of that after all. At least my first pickup point is pretty cool!

Although I'm already regretting getting into the T9. Should have taken 10 mins to refit the Cutter, but I was lazy

Also I do feel like a bit of an idiot for investing time into last week's CG when this one is 3x better money/hour...

I've used it mostly as a first fighter on a new account, which doesn't have access or money for an iCourier. It's a bit better than the regular Eagle because it has better hardpoints.

I never realised before, but when ships go into a holding pattern waiting for entrance, they're actually orbiting the station at exactly it's rotational speed. There is zero relative motion between them

I believe so yes; although at lowish ranks, it's pretty fast and you'll be able to see the bar move after a few types of plant - if it's going to move at all

I use mine for ground work in Odyssey, the run away steps are at the front. Good for jumping to close systems, very fast get away speed also. Can carry an srv.

Bingo! That was my second ship after the glorious sidewinder!! I still remember my first few ships since I started ED journey in May last year.

Sidewinder -> Eagle -> iEagle -> Viper MkIII -> Cobra MkIII -> DBS -> ASPX .... blah blah blah.

You see, I'm combat focused. I choose violence!

Beside it can fight, it looks great!!! So I keep it as I moving on.
