Dear FDev, Please move NPC chatter lines into their own chat channel. Just like we have "Local", and "System" as chat channels, please make one called "NPC" and allow us to mute it if need be. Trying to direct chat/whisper with actual people becomes so much more frustrating when you have NPC...

Is this even the right place to post this? Oh well, I'm currently playing in open play and I entered a system and began seeing some people chatting in '[SYSTEM]' chat. I noticed a few names talking together in the chat. However once I jumped to a new system I was still seeing those same players...

The issue tracker is broken so I have to post this here. I left a station > entered supercruise > exited game > reloaded today > right nav panel > pressed X to change gauss cannon's button from ¹ to ² in the firegroups > each press of X opens the chat window and toggles a firegroup from zero...

Anyone know what's up with the COMMS? Just a bunch of gibberish. Thought it was just me but saw someone ask the same question in COMMS, so sometimes it does work. Just curious. Probably clear up.

Instead of the same couple of phrases they are posting everywhere, it would be great to make NPCs to discuss the recent GalNet or local news in the chat window. It will improve the immersion and also more commanders will know about what's going on and if there are something new in the news.

It's simple QoL improvement: turn the FC serial number in chat to clickable link which shows the FC in galaxy map / system map or allow to plot the route to FC. The same can be applied to Systems, Bodies, Stations, etc P.S. And please fix the chat! It constantly loses the focus while typing!

Is there any way to update the avatars shown in the chat? My wing mates updated theirs but it doesn't show in the chat. If I target them through contacts, I see the updated picture. Are they maybe saved locally somewhere?
