Oh, this one's a little tougher. I'm torn between animals I actually want and ones I think the game needs more to be more well-rounded.
  • Bovines: Addax.
  • Pigs: Red river hog.
  • Horses: Persian onager.
  • Tapir: None, I don't think we need another one nor do I particularly want another one. I guess the other answer is "pick any".
  • Rhinos: Sumatran rhinoceros.
  • Deer: Japanese sika.
  • Camelids: Dromedary.
  • Rodents: Capybara is the obvious choice, but since I'm pretty sure it's coming before long I'll pick the African crested porcupine.
  • Xenarthrans: Nine-banded armadillo.
  • Marsupials: Tasmanian devil.
  • Monotremes: Short-beaked echidna.
  • Felines: Hard to pick. Iberian/Eurasian lynx, or the Amur leopard, or the serval, or the caracal...
  • Canines: Japanese raccoon dog.
  • Bears: Spectacled bear.
  • Hyenas: Aardwolf.
  • Mustelids: Asian small-clawed otter.
  • Apes: Siamang.
  • Monkeys: Mexican spider monkey, or the black-capped squirrel monkey.
  • Prosimians: If we assume the incoming lemur is a sure thing, then the Coquerel's sifaka.
  • Tortoises: Leopard tortoise.
  • Crocodilia: Cuban crocodile.
  • Ratites: North Island brown kiwi, or the emu obviously.
  • Flamingos: American flamingo.
  • Penguins: Little blue penguin.
  • Monitor lizards: Lace monitor.
  • Pheasants: Himalayan monal.
I added in the birds and reptiles.

This is tricky / some groups have lots of options, others are pretty limited but,…..
  • Antelopes and bovines - Water buffalo
  • Suines - Red river hog
  • Equines - Przewalski's horse
  • Tapirs - Don’t really care
  • Rhinos - Sumatran
  • Deer - Red deer
  • Camelids - Guanaco

  • Rodents - tricky one… capybara I guess.
  • Xenarthrans (anteaters, sloths, armdillos) - any sloth
  • Marsupials - Mych larger group than the others so lots of possibilities. I’m going to cheat and choose a macropod (Bennett’s Wallaby), a dasyurid (Tassie Devil) and another (Common wombat) since eutherians got (mostly) family level categorisation.
  • Monotremes - Opposite issue to the marsupials since there are so few. Platypus

  • Felines - Iberian lynx
  • Canines - Maned wolf
  • Bears - Sloth bear
  • Hyenas - Striped hyena
  • Musteloids (badgers, wolverine, otters and relatives) - Eurasian otter

  • Apes - Lar gibbon
  • Monkeys - Grey langur
  • Lemurs and lorises - Aye aye

  • Antelopes and bovines African Forest buffalo I could take like 6 or more from this group, but this one is by far my favorite. Very unique looking from the other bovine in the game and great to mix with monkeys, baboons and other african ungulates. Great Animal
    1635846965364.png
  • Suines Wild boar Super versatile, pretty much omnipresent in "Wildparks" and smaller budget zoos. Also the biggest, baddest and blackest boar, whats not to love?
  • Equines Prezwalski horse Conservation wonder
  • Tapirs Brazilian Tapir this is its own category, but bovine and antelopes arnt? Anyways, eventhough its just one choice left, its a really good one. I would love these gray tanks for southamerica themed multispecies exhibits, as they far well with anteaters, rheas, maras, capybaras, etc.
  • Rhinos None!
  • Deer Red deer While i personally prefer the fallow deer, there is no deny that this is europeas most iconic animal. A must have
  • Camelids Dromedary Domestic, desert, has more signs then 80% of the animals, get in in already

  • Rodents Capybara Dont think i need to explain that
  • Xenarthrans (anteaters, sloths, armdillos) Tamadua These small anteaters are not only adorable, but aboreal, which would make them very unique and great for rainforest houses
  • Marsupials Benetts wallaby Omnipresent, get them now
  • Monotremes Echidna Knuckles knows the way into my hear and into the game, but not to uganda

  • Felines Eurasian Lynx Another must have, super common species, especally in European zoos. Great range, super flexible, nice contrast to the other likly small cats, which are mostly desert, grassland and tropical
  • Canines Mr Worldwide rules supreme
  • Bears Spectacle Bear Super cute bear with a unique biome. Would also a desperatly needed large animal to south america. They are also super adorable and my personal favorite bear
  • Hyenas Striped Hyena Second coolest hyena after the spotted
  • Musteloids (badgers, wolverine, otters and relatives) European Polecat/domestic ferret pretty much interchangeable, both are great and flexible and just cute. Great choice for a smaller, temperate animal

  • Apes Gibbon Dont care which one, joy to watch, gimme
  • Monkeys De Brazas Monkey These Guys really grew on me. They are one of the most unique guenons and deserve some recognition
  • Lemurs and lorises Black Lemur Two great colormorphs, common in captivity and very visually distinct, what do you want more?

    No Procyonidae? angry racoon noises

IMO I really don’t think we need another Tapir or rhino
I personally don’t like hyenas but I’d take the aardwolf
I figured lesser apes would be a better selection as we got the great apes covered
I really think there needs to be at least one old world and one new world monkeys
When it comes to micro primates and etc, I would take loris if we had a bigger type of exhibit
