News has reached the Achenar financial markets that an Imperial breakthrough in the Shongastyak system has left the Angeli Imperial controlled Shongastyak United Incorporated on the brink of taking control of the system.
Shongastyak is a former imperial mining system that fell under the control of a pirate faction called the Crimson Society. Lacking any official government the system has devolved into anarchy and its tiny population has long been petitioning the Empire to break their bonds of enforced slavery.
A sustained campaign by Angeli Imperial has pushed the pirates back and left the system on the brink of rejoining them empire.

I'd like to request all Angeli Imperial pilots who can muster a small or medium ship to increase the pressure on this system, fantastic ground has been made this week and many thanks to those CMDRs involved.
The system hit 50/50 today and civil war is critical. When this war pops it will become our number 1 priority to take the station unless Wangal pops before or during.

Bought a Cobra last night - hopped on not long ago for a bit of an outfitting splurge. Took her for a spin, tested out everything, mapped some more buttons onto the HOTAS... tried to plot a route to deliver some goodies but can't. The jumps aren't that far, never had a problem with it before. Power Management is at 98% so seems okay... what have I done?

Unsure mate and agree, very odd - hoping to get to the bottom of it after P3 (F1) is over.
