Actually, that might be a tactic: announce that it was a mistake, and those prices were going to be live later. With all the bugs that the store has had in the past it would not surprise me in the least that this wasn't meant to happen till the 7th.
The price of ARX hasn't increased, the price of cosmetics has.Looking at my records the price hasn't changed since I last purchased Arx in 2020.
What are you basing the increase on exactly?
The Arx you bought yesterday have been reduced to as low as 33% or less of the buying power today...What are you basing the increase on exactly?
I have a suspicion that this move is going to turn around and bite their bum...Okay, its now the time, >Boy's&Girl's. Here comes the New World Order in ED and for FDev.
You're looking with the mindset of "how could this be improved". Try "what can we get away with", that seems to be the number one priority of whoever is calling these shots. As it stands this, sadly, makes little difference to me; however, for the price hike you’d like to think they’d realise a quality hike is required too.
In Legacy as well ?Just noticed the crazy increases in ARX costs in the store - across the board, big increases.
Apparently, yes.In Legacy as well ?
W.t., so they increased the price while giving us ,Diddley squat in return, go fdev ,what a joke this company has becomeApparently, yes.
A console player remarked that the store prices had increased today, so it is across the board.

They are giving you server time.W.t., so they increased the price while giving us ,Diddley squat in return, go fdev ,what a joke this company has become
They can keep it,I haven't played in a month, nothing to look forward to,no nothing, unlesss there is a reason to go back, I will be on even less now. Are they trying to drive ppl away ??They are giving you server time.
A sensible business would have sunset Legacy once 4.x had become the current branch of the game - but they probably had agreements with the console manufacturers to uphold for a fixed period, so PC legacy continued too...
As well as content for console, they haven't given us anything to justify the increase, other then disappointmentThe only reason I was mulling over buying the Python MkII was I’ve a tonne of accrued ARX (and those left over from when I bought some a very long time ago.)
The only reason those ARX were unspent all this time is because so many of the paintjobs are so badly designed that they obscure and/or discolour (and so make pointless) the decals and nameplates they shift for more ARX. Fix that and I’d have spent my ARX, no doubt bought more and maybe made me overlook the big jump in price when the P2 does arrive and I want it to look pretty.

That‘s probably true. I’m a freelancer (irl, not just Cmdr role) so look at things very differently from some ‘big business‘ practices. I wouldn’t dream of allowing my reputation to hang on some of the quality levels found in the Store. Friday afternoon stuff. You're looking with the mindset of "how could this be improved". Or that a decimal point has slipped in the price hike. With all the bugs that the store has had in the past it would not surprise me in the least that this wasn't meant to happen till the 7th.
