I hate to be the party crasher again, but all those track names are the names of already existing tracks, they are just remixed. The Northern Lights is a track from Arctic pack DLC and the Seagrass Meadows is a track from Aquatic pack.

There is also some base game music named after an Armadillo and Echidna, so I am not sure it would indicate anything at all.

I for one love you for being party crasher. Otherwise I would waste my time on the already present tracks.

But how about wasting time on those Armadillos tho 👀

I don't know what I want for this pack the whole time. I only know what I don't want...
What I want (a passionate zoo idea I stick to for at least 1-2 years of active playing) isn't really in their sphere of influence, it's just blocked by my imagination and whatever that is that lets a lot of us players not stick to a zoo project for too long. :rolleyes:

The stream was a bit messy - the DLC questions were getting out of hand (they should have seen that one coming, lets be honest), and then the trolls showed up...Oof. I mostly had it in the background, and I only checked the chat for a little bit. The music is great, definitely on my list of tracks I'll listen to.

Fingers crossed for something today. 👀

Was just one with several accounts.
I definitely could need something today, but I'm not holding my breath, I feel they might have said we should keep our eyes on the socials or that they have things to announce "very soon". They could even have said that yesterday, when they told us there will not be anything new in the music stream. A "this will only be the sounds of summer, but we have something else to announce very soon" would set the tone different.

I'm not saying that something isn't comming. But I totally burried my hope for the 4th of october.

Yup we need some gaps for free anniversary update and Dec pack.

Oh wow, this month really flew by. October 4 is just 5 days away now. Yeah, not really feeling that one anymore. I guess there's still a small chance it could happen if announced within the next ~10 hours or so, given the short turnaround for the last JWE pack, but... I'm definitely expecting the 11th if not the 18th at this point.

Yes we did. But we did get nothing for the first anniversary and the community was very angry with that, als Planet Coasters first anniversary was celebrated with something free. So on the second, they just made up for it.
Planet Coaster only got one free anniversary update as well, as far as I remember. So there is no reason to expect anything. If they give us something, it's a surprise, but I honestly don't see them putting more resources in something free for the game at this point. Especially if we look at the last free updates who all were on the smaller side as well.

I know many people disagreed with my October 18th theory, but it really seems more likely now. October 4th, the world animal day would fit nicely with the marketing, something like "what a better way to celebrate World Animal Day than with this announcement of upcomming animal pack?", and since for all the animal packs so far, it was announced 2 weeks ahead, it really would bring us to the 18th.

They can always change the pattern of course, but this seems logical to me.

Oh. But that would be very sad. I would even be happy about a single tree or plant for the anniversary. 😞

That's so stupid what happened yesterday in the stream.
I am very sorry for everyone.
I hope there wasn't a Fake Fini on the way...I turned off after the first song because I had a headache and preferred to snuggle up on the sofa.
I would never spam and bully, I'm just too slow to read and write in English 😆

What I think what's to come?
Difficult to say, first and foremost I keep hoping for an Aviary Pack.
With the little information we have, there may be an animal species that can use brachiation. At the moment only the Siamangs can do that. So that could be a clue. (You know how last year Africa Pack gave us meerkats that digged and in the NAAP there were prairie dogs that used the same behavior)
I would currently find a grassland pack quite good. I think that's where I could start with at the moment. Gives a chance for a Emu, Patagonian Mara and Mahned Wolf.
But above everything is still bold "Birds"
I just let myself be surprised :)
