I have a Titan in my system, and until I lowered the gamma quite a bit, everything looked just as washed out as all you guys complaining about a graphics bug. Have you tried reducing the gamma? What happens when you do? I mean, in the screenshots of the problem, I can see the shadows and everything so maybe it's all just too bright?
No, it's not a problem with the client gamma setting. That was the first thing I tried back when Beta 2.0 rolled out, and all it does is darken the screen overall and increase the contrast.
If you look at the second screenshot I posted up-thread, there are obviously some missing textures and/or shader effects that should be there. Compare my view of the outpost with any of the others posted where the bug isn't happening. In my screenshot, it looks like the model is half-baked in a 3D modeling program, without the final texture and lighting effects. Another key indicator is looking down at the pilot's joystick in-game, where the top of the stick is a flat gray surface instead of the normal texture that should be there.
And BTW, I know this is *only* a graphics bug and connection/stability issues are more important. It's just frustrating to know there have been two updates since they announced they discovered the fix and no change. I didn't spend much time in the game over the weekend because it's not much fun looking at the screen since Beta 2. It doesn't help with beta feedback when people don't feel like playing the game.
Edit to add: Going in and out of the Galaxy Map doesn't change anything on my system.
