Coastal scenery pack or coastal animal pack?

Here are my idea's for a coastal scenery pack and a coastal animal pack. Which do you prefer?

For the scenery:
Ofcourse typical stuff like lighthouses, buoys,...
Typical European coastal architecture (see images)

For the animals:
Walrus (would be poster animal)
Atlantic Puffin
Rockhopper penguin (any will do)
Sea otter
Christmas Island red crab OR Atlantic Mudskipper (Exhibit)

If it is an animal pack I would add:
Pied avocet
Great white pelican
Elephant seal

• Sea Otter
• Green Sea Turtle
• Flightless Cormorant
• American Crocodile
• Little Auk
• Exhibit: Leafy OR Weedy Sea Dragon

Alternatives if we get fully aquatic animals:

• West Indian Manatee
• Sandtiger Shark
• Southern Stingray

Exhibit:
8. Coconut Crab

Foliage:

• Giant Kelp
• Tussac Grass
• Tulip Mangrove
• Nypa Palm
• Seagrass

Scenery:
Animal signs

Campaign Scenario:
Tiffany Summers is running a Seaside Holiday Resort in the Bahamas, and this summer, she wants a zoo built near the Resort to draw more tourists than ever before; and she wants coast animals, and that's where we, the player, come in. The build area is covered in water with sandy islands and forests spread out, so the player will have to make use of the islands and water to build habitats, and also use the new glass tunnels so guests can walk underwater and get great views of the semi-aquatic animals.
The reward is a Sea Otter statue
