I hope it is planetary landings....or the ability to fly continuously between stars.

My Asp is ready to waddle it's way through some atmospheres and mine all of the gold. :p

Think about it - in the same weekly update, he made mention of how fast we are exploring the galaxy! It's going to be a galaxy drive, a la the original Elite so that we can visit the Andromeda galaxy!

(Keep in mind, we are on a collision course with the Andromeda galaxy, so maybe even if you can only fit one galaxy drive to your ship, you'll eventually wind up back in the Milky Way after a few million more years.)

Yep, my prescience is legendary.

Hopefully, I will be able to travel to different galaxies, and move more X from A to B; and Y from B to A, and assassinate anonymous General Zog.

No new missions, but think of it, even more space to do it in...

They could of course add more types of scanners and a deeper mechanic behind them. I would be happy with just that. FD hasn't said one word about changing scanning though. They have only mentioned exploring a planet's surface directly.

Michael has said that there will be no 'enhancement' to exploring until planetary landings. We know they aspired to so much more than the simplistic placeholder they gave us, as evidenced by the DDA. THAT was exploring.

How much money did Gary Oldman get paid for the Fifth Element I wonder? Whatever it was, it probably wasn't enough. (And who thought Tricky was an actor? Loved his music back in the '90s and I've seem him play a blinder of a gig in Nottingham... but acting...)

The same was said for E3 wasnt it?

So i say PS4 release date.

I dont put much faith into the devs right at this point in time
