Inexcusable. You should immediately start intensive forum and/or programming training and get him working. Whip optional. :D
forum training: CHECK. programming training: CHECK. There was however a flaw in the plan. He's from the Netherlands and at age 10 his English is lets put it mildly suboptimal..
Concerning the optional whip. I had a HARD time explaining my sister in law where those red slashes came from ;-)

Hello Commanders,

The best wishes for 2015. May it be a good year with lots of love and health - and perhaps even lots of wealth in ED.

Started with the OP again. Added 4 entries, copied entries from the updates section which were NOT on the TODO list to that list. Added an announcement section (with history) to the OP. I'm currently weeding through the thread to see what still needs to be added to the OP. They will go directly to the correct section instead of the TODO list. This makes my administration a LOT easier. I expect to be able to do that today. Also I will go through my currently 63 open tabs to see what needs to go to the TODO list. Probably a separate EDDN section will be created. That way good tools mentioned in the EDDN thread will NOT get snowed under. Wrt TODO section. I'm finding more and more good tools/threads and luckily commanders have started to PM me or mention it here. BUT the consequence is that the list is growing instead of getting smaller....

Note: It looks at least on my system that the spoiler tags on the OP don't work any longer as they should. Perhaps the text is getting to big. Anyone else having the same problem?

A few days ago I came across a web site that let you select a ship and all the modules you wanted and it would calculate the ship's cost and power usage and jump range. I can't find it now! Anyone know where it is, and can it be added to the OP?

@PhilHibbs. Thanks for the entry. Very much appreciated - keep 'm coming ;-) Didn't get a notification for this thread so I missed your entry. You DID go that extra mile and provided a handy template in the correct format I could simply copy/paste - saves me a lot of time. Hence the least thing I could do was add it directly to the OP, section "Miscellaneous". Note: The BBCode wasn't needed. It turns out with Firefox I can simply select the text (with urls in it etc) and copy/paste that. Still very considerate of you to provide the BBCode ;-)

Note: Elite Shipyard was on my personal TODO list (not on OP yet). RL issues and such prevented me to update the OP TODO ;-(

The site seems to be unavailable and now links to theaverageguy.tv ?

Thanks for the headup, very much appreciated. Checked it. Its being discussed here. From that thread: "Looks like the DNS got jacked. Likely a DNS server somewhere has gone ape feces. http://elitetradingtool.co.uk/ still works though". I've checked the mentioned url and it works. I could change it in the OP but perhaps better to wait to see if it solved by Thrudd - someone PM-ed him about it.

Thanks for the entry. I will move it to the TODO and the appropriate section on the OP when RL permits it.

Great work. Feel free to add my app in to the route planners. ;)

And yes I'm in the process of compiling a reply to the API thread now.

Thanks for the entry, appreciated. I have to admit I did miss your app till so far. Hence it was not even on my personal TODO list. Normally I process stuff in the order received or I put them on the TODO list. I make an exception for entries I can just copy/paste to the OP. Entries like yours, which are in the exact same format I use ;-)

I like the following comments on your OP: Speaks a warning when you enter a system that's not in the system data. Add it to EDStarCoordinator and future versions will import it.

I believe your tool/website was on my personal TODO list. REALLY nice initiative!! Hence not missed it but RL issues and limited time caused your were not on yet on the OP or TODO list.

It seems something got wrong when you created the url. It literally is submitted as http://firstgreatexpedition.org/mybb...d.php?tid=1406. I tried to find the thread on your forum but couldn't find it. Please send me the correct url and I will change it. Now it just point to http://firstgreatexpedition.org/.

Small update for your Elite Shipyard entry:

It's now called "E : D Shipyard" (preferably without the spaces between ED, but I can't figure out how to disable emoticons on these forums) and hosted at www.edshipyard.com (because eliteshipyard.com was already taken by -- who knew? -- an actual shipyard that constructs actual ships).

Almost all high-end ships and modules (Python, Type-9, Anaconda) are now supported; the only major thing still missing is the Orca, because I haven't yet found anyone who owns one and can send me data on the modules that it alone can fit (class 6 life supports).

Thanks!

Changed existing entry on the OP.
Not sure about disabling emoticons either, so for now its called "E : D Shipyard". Changed comment with date to what you just wrote.

Might I suggest writing a PM to Michael Brookes. If that info is readily available inside FD he might be able to supply you with it. Worked for the crowd sourcing coordinates thread ;-)
Perhaps he's even able to supply you with the formula used for the HS jumps....
