Console Copy Portal : 'Database Error' [RESOLVED]

Popping this latest thread on the current queues here and issues that you may be facing, regarding login, if you’re copy process is currently in progress o7

Just wanting to check - your copy process complete yet?
If it’s mid process then you won’t be able to login to the store I’m afraid. I posted latest comms on that one but can link the thread in here too to help.
So... I got into the que 🥳
But... I'm confused...
When I go to the user portal, I cannot log into my xbox account, as expected, BUT, I can still login to my Frontier account that i should be copying too, and see my FID... is that normal?

At the moment I’d say don’t touch too much and let it do it’s thing o7 (Sorry I really shouldn’t be here but I’m being a right…clingy thing).
There are some, as I mention, things you can’t log into but sit tight and let’s see how you go. Here to help tomorrow if anything is awry o7

I have the same problem:
Copy is complete but the launcher tells me I have to buy the game. I tried everything, nothing to do.
For information, my PS4 email is different from the destination email (which has received the process messages).

I opened a ticket #169019

I keep getting constant 'A database error has occurred when starting the copy process.' Can't see anything on screen about my desired username being taken/not available etc. (just says 'NEW' in green). Tried clearing cache, multiple different browsers and still getting the same. :unsure: I'm in the UK if that has anything to do with anything...

Guess I'll try again in the morning.

Interesting... yea I would try again in a few hours...
I was getting name in use and database errors, until about an hour ago. (Eastern Coast of Canada here)

Finally they both cleared when I tried Firefox from my phone, Firefox being a browser I absolutely don't save any passwords ect, so I launched it, cleared all cache, history ect in app, then cleared the app cache and data of the app itself on my android (making it like new install), relaunched Firefox, and tried, it worked immediately.

If you've done similar already, then I'd leave it for a few hours and try again.

Chrome, absolutely would not work, on my phone or pc, probably too many cookies ect that weren't cleared because Google likes to try to keep things for ease of use... but yea, I tried PC, then android chrome, both failed, immediately did Firefox, and it worked...
So yea, try that, or wait, or go thru support, but they won't respond until tomorrow I'm guessing
