Check you have an email "Your account transfer", if so close the "Copy in Progress" page and click the "View my transfer" link in the email, see if that shows the progress correctly.So i was, than: ERROR -> Contact Support

This is how good it is - the shields of the ship were about 65%, and charging quickly in a station. It copied it over at that percentage, too.

I've been trying to complete the transfer since literally seconds after it opened. Before it was even officially announced on the forums. Tons of people in my Squadron and on the FB groups I manage have been reporting they were successful, but I just can't get it to go through for the life of me. Is it really just because of high traffic, or are there more issues atm? Is there anything I can maybe do on my end to increase the chances of successful entry into the queue?

Delete the save on the pc account and then give that email as the pc account you want to copy to.If I already have a PC copy of ED Horizons, do I just sign out of it and log back in with the new account credentials or do I have to remove it and re install?

I set up another account with a different email address that I want the console copy to go to. Just wondered if I could sign into my existing copy of EDH with the new email and passwordDelete the save on the pc account and then give that email as the pc account you want to copy to.
