@sallymorganmoore sorry Sally do you know average ticket response time is now? Still 24hours? I put one in yesterday.. I've made a total mess of this transfer. Sigh
I'd say just about 24 hours yes... ticket I opened at 11am local yesterday was answered about 1pm local today. So roughly 24hours as they get thru a bunch like mine where I already sent a follow up email asking to close the ticket as I resolved the issue myself, so their response today was just confirming closure of the ticket request. So the more of those they get thru, the faster they'll begin to respond...
Ever since I copied my profile, which works on PC just fine, I've not been able to connect to the Frontier servers on Playstation. Anyone else had this issue or know a fix?

got my profile copied last night, took about 2 hrs. Just started Odyssey and everything looks pretty nice!
However, I just recognized, that all visited systems in the galactic map are shown as unvisited (=red). Nonetheless I can access the system maps of these systems. Is it supposed to be like this or do I miss something?

Visited star cache is a local file that seems not to be synchronized / copied over.
Keep that in mind if you plan to change your computer and want those visited stars to appear in the galmap.
on PC, visited star cache is in a subfolder in the path below with a numeric name:
"%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous
You should periodically backup everything in the folder above, just in case. For example, in the above folder, in Options\bindings you will have your bindings.
The journals are kept in a different location (again you may want to periodically backup those):
"%userprofile%\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous"

Having the same issue here too.
If you transferred to a pre-existing steam/epic account (for which you did a clear save before the transfer) then you need to start the game using the respective steam/epic launchers and not the fdev/standalone launcher

Good advice mate. Im trying to play on GE Force now.. Odyssey launches ok using the Epic Launcher but starts me with a base CMDR, not my transferred CMDR? ive done something terribly wrong here mate! haha. Had the transfer complete email.. cleared the save before transfer, linked Frontier to Epic etc.. waiting on a ticket response. i'm sure it'll be fine!
My PS4 account 'CMDR Battybat99' had lain dormant for about 20 months after getting a PC and starting fresh with this CMDR. Now after the transfer, Caelum has a brother

I was gonna request account copy today, but then I realised it is patch/update day also.
Think I'll wait for things to settle down and bugs to get fixed before I transfer, keeping my FC, fleet and 16BN for another PC Account.
Also, if I am short of cash on the new account after getting FC, etc., I can use console FC to transfer Billions to my PC Cmdr!
