Videos cannot be changed after upload to Reddit, so the CMDR cannot have fixed whatever issue you were having. It was likely a temporary issue with Amazon Web Services processing/distributing the video worldwide - Reddit is hosted on AWS, like Netflix and Elite Dangerous.

I think Dr. Murphy did kill the rest of the team.
Found something... sent him a bit mad...

Very much like the logs from one of the Generation Ships, Thetis. They were hearing whispering and it sent everyone mad and they started killing each other. Maybe it's linked to that.
