Web Archive's save of the Feb 4th version (latest save available for view) of the Planet Coaster's version of the dictionary (Planet Zoo's is too new for saves) does not have Goodfellow and Hamadryas...

Frontier’s shivering their timbers alright, quaking in their boots. They thought we wouldn’t notice…
It’s settled then, Hamadryas Baboon and Goodfellow’s Tree Kangaroo are officially coming to Planet Zoo.

Going Of Of The Barnyard Animal Pack And JWE2'S Next DLC I Could See Us Getting A Marine Animal Pack. The Evidence:
  1. JWE2's Recent Packs Have Been Divisive So Was Barnyard And Same Thing With Marine Animals At The Current Time
  2. Like Barnyard The Main Update Feature/Features Could Apply To A Wide Variety Of Base Game And Dlc Animals (The Update Features Would Be Animals Giving Birth In Water And Vets/Caretakers Dropping Animals Straight Into The Water) Stuff Like Hippos, Monitors, Otters, Platypus, Sea Lions and, Crocodilians
  3. The Theme Could Work As A Similar Animal Pack To Barnyard Or Regular Style Animal Pack
  4. The Theme Is Often Highly Requested Outside The Forum
For Rosters; West Indian Manatee, Some Kind Of Shark, Cownose Ray (Possibly Being An Encounter Animal), Some Kind Of Large Bony Fish, A Sea Turtle and, Sea Otter Should Probably Be In There No Matter What Kind Of Animal Pack Style. For A 7th Habitat Animal I Would Say Giant Pacific Octopus, For Scenery There Is Already Some In The Files and, For The Exhibit Animals: Orange Clown Fish, Blue Tang, False Moorish Idol, Royal Angelfish and, Orange-Lined Trigger Fish.
If domestics being a totally doable theme for the game generates a 30 page argument, what would the impossible mechanics people do with a possible marine pack?

Leafs point isn’t that there was one less animal but that the animals were generally more simple with no complex rigs
But the animals are just as simple or hard to make as they have been within the last packs. I see No real difference and also no possible connection between this pack and the next Pack. And in my opinion the Overall Work on this Pack is at least equal If Not even Higher than it seems with a Standard animal Pack.

I mean, I k n o w it's not wise to buy into the hype, but come ooonn, what else could that mean?! Especially specific words like Hamadryas and Goodfellow?
It is really already time for the next DLC announcement 🤣. This dictionary will follow us through this thread until then I fear.

This Planco stuff is really interesting. In isolation I could understand the word secretary getting added in a random update, but hamadryas seems far too specific to not have some intent behind it.

For comparison's sake, it looks like most/all of the recent DLC species were only just added since the February 3 archive. All of the following are missing from it, but present on the current site: crane, platypus, armadillo, sloth, porcupine, wolverine, saiga, wisent, boar, quokka, kiwi, alpaca. Notably present on the February 3 archive are ibex and lynx, so it looks like it basically didn't get updated after the Europe Pack until very recently.

Hmmmmmmmmmm

Final post for now: aside from secretary and hamadryas, none of the other most popular animals have been added. Coati, mara, rhea, ocelot, musk(ox), walrus, echidna, hyrax, muntjac, basically any semi-popular unique animal name I could think of, no results. Which makes it even odder that hamadryas was randomly added.

Where was this first noticed, anyway?

Is Honey Badger Semi-popular? Because I Found Honey In The Planco Dictionary.
