No other animals were confirmed but they do seem to rule out any semi-aquatic animals so any duck, pelican, crane, stork, crocodilian and the fishing cat have all seemingly been ruled out

Ah, so most of you also just speculate.Just because humans are humans. Playful things. It's not mean or badly intended, I'm sure. If you ask the question without asking them not to troll you, you are more likely to get a serious reply (I know this might not make sense to you, but it's just how it is)also as nobody can know the answer right now people are more likely to make silly stuff up.
But even if it is not with malicious intent, why do people want to troll me?
Or is it really not directed at me at all and just a trait of the Homo ludens?

The next community challenge is semi-aquatic species which is where people got the Bornean Elephant and Pere David's Deer from, because there aren't any others that would indicate that there won't be more in the pack
Because the elephant and deer where included in the community challenge about semi aquatics. And if there were any other semi aquatic animals in the new pack they assumably would also be in there

The 2 species were leaked as part of a community challenge to release species with the aquatic biome tag. Since only those 2 names were listed, the assumption is that nothing else in the pack will have that biome tag (otherwise they would've been leaked too)
