...And "here be dragons/thargoids"? :)

All of the compass roses are updated now. :) I also added some actual numbers on the rulers too. A bit of an oversight, that I kept forgetting to fix. ;)

Yeah, I'm curious to see how that will look. Of course, the main discovery videos should show something interesting, but a zoomed in view might be cool too. It will depend a lot on how complete the current EDSM data is, which I haven't investigated. I'm sure we can extract something useful and visually interesting. ;)

I think it's on the order of a couple of hundred systems known in Cone? Not a lot at any rate.

It's a bit experimental at the moment, but I have the new journal uploader built into the video-maker now. It uses javascript to scan through your journal files and upload only the events needed, rather than simply sending the files in their entirety. You still select which files, but it pulls out the event entries instead of just uploading the file. There's a link to use the old uploader form too, in case you have problems.

After the Gnosis got jumped, I had an opportunity to hunt for some screenshots of the new Hydra. It's 4-pointed nature makes for a really good compass rose. :)

Just something nifty... The last few seconds of the "decay" version of the exploration history shows everyone traveling to the Gnosis, and slamming into the permit-locked region:
