The last time I had this I fixed it by power cycling my router.

Ok I'm in after clean install. What happened to me is, with each new update after clean install. Windows firewall asks for access. If your not doing a clean install, check your windows firewall settings.

I restarted again and I can now get in. I must have tried to quickly when we got the heads up they were up again

Did you start with the Pirate loadout? We believe this issue is still affecting that specific loadout sadly.

Scrap that, giving it 60 seconds on the front screen has seen it connect. Must be a load thing. Thanks for the updates Ashley!

Now wait and see what happens on launch day...

Unfortunately the world is not a perfect place and you'll get issues which ever direction you go in, sooner you appreciate that the sooner you'll start to enjoy the game and hopefully make a positive contribution towards fixing any issues that may arise from time to time.

Sadly, no, I do not have this option as a starter pack...

I have deleted save, restarted client about 5 times each now. I still start at the same system, same station, and my EAGLE is 41 LY away... :-(

Okay, in that case this doesn't seem like something we know about. If you can make a ticket for this that'd be great.

I assume the servers are still down/being updated? I can't get to the main menu and also the launcher is not giving any news feed.
