Same here, I just had to quit because of horrible lag. Now I hope I can log back in and find everything at its place ....

Hehe, well I'm English, so just kept my head down through all that! :D Just enjoy playing underdogs in CK2 and mixing history up a bit.

Servers seem to be behaving again now, so back to lugging Crop Harvesters (and encountering an exploit? In one of the LHS systems there are 2 stations around the same planet... one has tons of missions asking for grain, which you can pick up 22Mm away... beginning to think the People's Republic are just 'lazy' rather than 'starving')

Yep...unable to get in for the last ten minutes. ED Support webpage stopped responding a few minutes ago.

I've had increasing numbers of disconnects through this afternoon, a couple of crashes, very slow response to launching in stations, and choppy performance.

I had like two dozens of disconnects the last 4 hours as well as unresponsive Bulletin Boards. Seems like something is indeed wrong here.

I've been unable to play all day... and me with the day off :(

Did a trace route, and several trans-Atlantic routers seem to be dropping packets like crazy. Good enough to browse the forum, but apparently not good enough to play the game.

:mad:Managed to log back in again.. server is up.....

However... all my 'Transactions Missions' have now been wiped (yet again!!) 500k worth. Only been offline - 40 mins

Seems to be 1 step forward and 3 steps backwards in Beta 3.03

Happy to troubleshoot and expect these bugs - as its still Beta - but seriously concerned that as the Beta currently stands - its not ready to be released as a Gamma V1.0 in the next month or so; unless FD are well ahead of the game and have a stable version in the works

been playing since 22:20 and had no crashes, no disconnects nothing. Infact its been super stable, been doing discovery as well as bulletin board missions and everything has worked as expected tonight.

wonder what is causing such different outcomes for us all?

Just the nature of the interwebz :) Routes come and go all the time, backhauls go down for maintenance, or some numptie puts a pneumatic drill through a fibre feed :)

Can't connect to server? any help appreciated :)

Hi, I've tried to find an answer to this so excuse me if I've missed an entry in the forums :)

Every time I load the ED client I select Start then I select Open Play I get the saved game come up where I'm in space in the Aulin system but only for about 2 seconds then a message appears on a black screen

"could not connect to server click ok to return to main menu"

I'm now unable to continue testing the game, I've verified my files are ok and checked for any updates etc.. I've even re-installed the game from fresh.

my internet connection is fine

I'm all out of idea's except to wait for the next update

any help would be much appreciated Cam "CROW"

Server down?

I cant click start bottom in game, it shows that the server is unconnected. Is the server down right now?
