Community Event / Creation Elite: Dangerous - Countdown (Android App)

Thanks for the update Clerec, I have it as my default wall paper, love the new art that is added.

Thanks my friend and have a great Christmas.

Love the app, been using it since day one.

It's it possible to turn off the notification (the Elite badge) that turns up telling me that the wallpaper has changed? I like that it is seamless, but randomly noticing that the wallpaper has changed is more fun for me than having the notification tell me. I hope that makes sense.

The blue danube sound confused the bejeesus out of me when it first happened, was having a lie in at the time and the sound seemed to come out of nowhere :)

He-hee! :D

Yes, you can turn off the notifications/sounds and change the wallpaper change frequency in the Settings menu (accessed either from your device's menu button or the app's Action Bar (depending on device)).

:)

There isn't, but I suppose there could be? I'm just not sure I understand why? :S

What's wrong with Google Play? ( Honest question! :) )

Hehe, I just don't want to create a google account and I don't want them to trace which programs I am using. It's just a personal privacy preference. Nearly all other apps are available as an apk, so I suppose its normal to deliver the developer built binaries (which also gives me a better feeling than gaving it handed to me through a 3rd party)

Ah, I see! :)

Do you have any preference for downloading apk's? Dropbox?
