Thanks for sharing the discord link, I edited the .ini file with the new code and NO more supecruise snow, I should of looked on there really.
Strange you still have the space dust in normal space, as turning it off in the mod worked for me.

Glad it worked out for you. I always look on discord and this thread for help, both have helped me a lot getting the mod to suit my taste.

Hi CMDRs,

FDev has thrown us another Hotfix that broke a lot of shaders, especially the FHUD

I'll keep this brief as I have to get up in a few hours

v11.1 Changelog

  • Night Vision / PWA fixed
  • Overhaul of Team ship bar
  • New rank badge on FHUD targets now take XML colour (was orange)
  • FHUD team shield colour set to default (was contaminated by XML)
  • Nav panel contacts tab, colour of Team contact bar set to default (blue), was contaminated by XML
  • Team member out of system icon modded
  • Multi-crew Gunner mode modded (same interface as Scorpion turret)
  • Fixed a few orange multicrew icons (may still be some remaining, I couldn't do extensive tests)
  • Landing Coaster Fixed
  • Landing Hologram fixed
  • Radar planet terrain fixed
  • Carrier terminal on Command deck fixed (the Shipyard terminals may not be fixed, I don't have a shipyard module on my carrier to test. I'll need some help with this)
  • Privacy Mode terminal fixed
  • Intro screens on Concourse Terminals should look a bit better in general (note: when the game first loads it uses a really low res placeholder texture for the terminal screen, which is orange. Then it is replaced by the normal one after everything loads)
  • Fixed / Added supercruise snow so it can be turned off again
  • Bunch of orange icons fixed


Known Issues

  • When loading the game while landed on a planet, the landing coaster (solid circle) will show as the 'unsuitable terrain' colour (orange in default Elite). This is an FDev bug, not the mod. It should show the 'aligned' landing colour coaster (blue)
  • When loading the GalMap for the first time, the display can flicker. This also occurs in unmodded Elite
  • Beam lasers firing from Krait Mk2 are discoloured when firing through the Ship Scan popup text. Will try to fix for next update
  • 3PM Cockpit Lighting mod not fixed yet, probably on the weekend

I won't include a direct download until tomorrow as it's really late here, but you can grab it on the discord, and Blue Mystic will update the UI, probably sometime over the next 24 hours

When i disable the HUD with "ctrl+alt+g" the cabinlights switch on.
Is there a funktion to stop that?

Hi, sorry I missed that question. No there isn't at the moment, but it's something I plan to mod soon. It seems to load a different lighting shader when the HUD is switched off

Thank you, this mod is great.
If it is possible, would be nice to have a button to turn off the HUD, "ctrl+alt+g" is a little laborious.

There's 'Explorer Mode' in Horizons that turns off the HUD, but in Ody it's impossible as there's 100's of settings (adding 100s of conditions into the shaders would kill FPS). It would need to be something that's done in the UI (externally to the shaders), and that's developed separately by Blue Mystic

Just a small update today - it's mostly behind the scenes work and doesn't affect any theme colours. There's one new configurable element, please see below

- Thanks to @ArakDaRat, on the Nav panel (left panel), Contacts tab, fixed default colours on the bars that represent other ship's relationship to you (ie. green, red, yellow, blue, purple)

- Fixed orange icon on System map (HMC with rings icon)

- Thanks to @Sleepyman, added an option to reduce the opacity of the texture behind pop-up messages in the centre of the screen (eg. Ship Scan Detected)
Laser weapons fired through this pop-up should now stay their original colour
If you reduce the opacity of this texture to 0, you can see the ships behind the pop-up, which is especially useful if you're trying to stay on the tail of your target

Blue Mystic usually updates the UI within about 24 hours of a mod update, so expect it soon.

Under main menu|settings you can see where the mod thinks your install is If its wrong there is a tool to correct it or you can manually change it.
