Well, I cannot argue about the SCO being a good thing - even if I have some qualms about how said technology was obtained - but the point is that I don’t believe Titans are remaining stationary to get exploded because they can’t move (any longer). To be fair... Now that I've flown SCO overdrive... A few dead bugs was worth it. :-D
Already started the process with the govt involved. To my surprise, They took the documentation with little fanfare, and in no way seemed surprised. I got the distinct feeling that this wasn't new to them. One of the "agents" even made a suggestion to my load-master that it might be bad for me, in terms of getting new contracts in the future, if this got out to the general public.I suggest you forward evidence of your findings to the relevant authorities, since so far they've found zero evidence of significant interference. With the Empire and Federation continuing to keep prisoners in isolation, they'd probably be quite keen for something to back up their decision.
As far as we know, at the Aegis headquarters in Duamta. But the only thing she has done in the last year or so is point out obvious things about the Thargoids or refuse to talk about Nemesis for reasons that were not elaborated to us in the public, after returning from Utopia where she went to chat with Pranav about it.Where is Seo Jin in al l this? She is the only even remotely capable of brokering a peace deal.
I haven't, nor have I forgotten how Jacque's Station got where it is.Have you forgotten how they got here in the first place? Achilles even had us recover pieces of the drive built into Taranis (and, probably, the other Titans) to make their SCO prototype drive.
… not that I could claim to understand that, if it was not just a one-time use piece, why the Thargoids insist on staying in the Bubble to keep following through with an invasion plan that’s now a lot less likely to complete. Then again, maybe it was just to establish some kind of foothold for… something, but I could probably have imagined less expensive ways to do it than throw eight gigantic ships into a meatgrinder.
If we weren’t continually expanding they might just do that, but we are so they are following the ancient advice that if you are going to fight a messy war do it on their territory so at least you aren’t ruining your own. They have plenty of space already, they could just go back where they came from and stop bothering civilized people.
Rather unlikely when the current Thargoid defense does not leave such a window open, but I guess if the two remaining Titans decide to forgo defensive to do... whatever it is they might do, then maybe. We could knock out both remaining titans Taranis style leaving a bunch of Thargoid occupied systems next to the Bubble.
If FD do intend to add Thargoids toPP, that would be the most to be the most logical method to use.The last titan will make contact with Seo and they will work together to give rise to the new thargoid faction in PP 2.0.
Which would have at absolute best ruled that it had no jurisdiction over the HIP 22460 system and their complaints should be directed to Azimuth Biotech as the system controller. If WE had faulted them, they could have brought their case to a human court
And considerably more who wanted war. Even discounting the various NPCs, Hudson was able to get a substantial majority of player support for "oppress the Far God Cult" in circumstances which would normally (i.e. when he'd already tried it on absolutely everyone else first) have got the Federal Navy sent home in ignominious defeat. And the FGC can and did communicate and were very obviously a bunch of harmless pacifists. At the beginning there was plenty of people that wanted peace.
Simple. I like the smell of napalm in the morning, and roasted goid is just adds some badly needed spice on top of itI invite any Commander or diplomat from the major powers to give good reasoning behind why the assault against the Thargoids should be continued
This should be the biggest decision-maker. They already know the limits of our technology. We have no idea what their limits are.... and they very probably have more than these 8, but how many, well, only they know.
Such an optimist.I think you lack faith in humanity. If the Thargoids had communicated, there would definitely have been larger player factions that would have sought to defend them. There definitely would have been political leaders to take to their up defense just to pick up more votes. And if they had gone through court humanity would have had to question the conundrum of their own humanity.
And yet wasn't it the Far God cult that came out victorious when the Guardian cult wanted to wipe them out?Which would have at absolute best ruled that it had no jurisdiction over the HIP 22460 system and their complaints should be directed to Azimuth Biotech as the system controller.
While I think those who say that they haven't communicated are understating that they've made their position fairly clear, that's not the same as the level of detailed communications needed to bring a legal case.
(Though, who's to say that they haven't been capturing all these humans on the basis of "there must be a lawyer in here somewhere"?)

Why is that? As far as I remember the lore, the Guardians also tried to negotiate with the Thargoids in the beginning, and when they learned their language they realized the futility of it. So they had to destroy the Thargoids.Where is Seo Jin in al l this? She is the only even remotely capable of brokering a peace deal.
Or they simply lack a TAB button on the keyboard.Have you forgotten how they got here in the first place? Achilles even had us recover pieces of the drive built into Taranis (and, probably, the other Titans) to make their SCO prototype drive.

By the way lore-wise, the first guardian ships were without engines. They were catapulted in.Or they simply lack a TAB button on the keyboard.
Or the "J" key is a one-use only.
I can't help seeing that as akin to the Belt and Road dispute clause that requires disputes to be heard in a Beijing court, that then transfers sovereignty of the project(s) to China...If WE had faulted them, they could have brought their case to a human court.
