Favoured Assault Rifle?

I just G5'd my Tormentor and extended its magazine (The Magazine Capacity is only +50% not Double, so take that into account for weapons like Executioner and Intimidator, you're only going to get 1 extra shot).

So basically I have a Space DEagle. 9 Shots at 22.6 damage per shot. It's absolutely barbaric. Debating which gun I should upgrade next, but I really like the Karma 50. Until I can confirm whether or not the Accuracy modification will tighten the spread of the Intimidator, I'll probably just go with the AR50.

Did you put extra range onto your tormentor? If so, has it increased the projectile speed?

The oppressor is just terrible. I've been testing most weapons at G3 so far and at point blank my ttk with an aphelion is quicker than the oppressor even if I use it to take out both shield and health without switching to kinetic. And that's not even getting into the oppressor's poor accuracy and projectile speed at longer ranges.
People suggesting the executioner aren't joking. It makes a better short to medium range rifle than a sniper due to projectile speed, and is better than the oppressor at the job due to better damage too.
Zenith + AR-50 is also a great combo, especially with stability on the Zenith so the burst doesn't walk.

Just scored a G3 Executioner with Faster Handling + Improved Hip Fire Accuracy. Big improvement!
