Fed Rank Grind Status?

Is station rescue missions still my best bet? I know Sothis and Ceos kind of work still but are incredibly slow because the board flipping, or lack there of.

Burning station have been removed... Only the thargoids created them by attacking stations there are no more burning stations as there are no more thargoid attacks in the bubble... So rescue ships are no longer sent and no longer need rescue missions...
You need to take data and cargo both ways between fed stations now this means you need a cargo ship now not just a data ship this also means you need to escape being targeted by ships more offen..
